Continuity Coaching is one-on-one, weekly, or biweekly continual coaching for a pre-determined amount of time. Coaching can be done in person, through
video conference,
or phone call.
Early in our coaching relationship, we will be doing more of: getting rid of negative emotions, limiting decisions,
and limiting beliefs.
As we progress, it may become more about
goal setting and tasking.
Breaking your challenges into smaller bits and digesting
your understanding and awareness.
The Breakthrough coaching process is a 2-day process that
brings clarity to what you really want,
removes what is getting in your way,
releases past negative patterns, cycles,
negative emotions, and limiting beliefs
that are standing in your way and step into
a fulfilling life that you desire.
Remove inner conflict and gain confidence in
quickly making decisions.
You will find that the problem will be resolved and you will have a new strategy to handle similar situations
if they were to appear in the future.
